Eligibility
- Open to students, freshers, career gap candidates, and job seekers.
- Must provide true and accurate personal/academic details.
- Acceptance/rejection at SBS Technologies' discretion.
Internship Nature
- Training-based with real-time practical exposure.
- Online / WFH / Hybrid / Offline modes supported.
- No guarantee of permanent employment.
Internship Fees
- May involve a one-time training fee.
- Non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Welcome kits/tools provided as benefits.
Training & Attendance
- Attendance is mandatory for all live sessions.
- Certificate requires minimum attendance.
- Absence may lead to termination.
Projects & Work
- Must complete tasks within deadlines.
- Plagiarism leads to disqualification.
- IP remains with SBS Technologies.
Code of Conduct
- Professional behavior is strictly required.
- Misconduct leads to immediate termination.
Confidentiality
- Do not share training or project materials.
- Breach may lead to legal action.
Certificates
- Issued only after successful completion.
- No certificate for incomplete internships.
Placement Support
- Guidance and referrals (assistance-based).
- No guarantee of job placement/salary.
10. Termination
SBS Technologies reserves the right to terminate the internship due to policy violation, non-performance, or misconduct. Fees are non-refundable upon voluntary discontinuation.
11. Liability
Not responsible for personal device issues or connectivity problem. Interns must arrange their own equipment and access.
12. Modification
SBS Technologies reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued participation implies acceptance.
13. Governing Law
Governed by the laws of India. Disputes subject to the jurisdiction of Tamil Nadu courts.
