Ori-Jet (Modified shot)

Ori-jet LV is a starch-based product for Textiles in yarn sizing. This product reduces use of synthetic polymer in large proportions such as PVA, polyester resins, etc.. This eco-friendly product provides higher adhesion strength, high film strength and elongation, ease of desizing and lower inventory loss. Ori-Jet provides immense benefits in pre-treatment and subsequent processes.

APPLICATIONS OF THE PRODUCT

    Pre-treatment As Ori-jet LV is a pure starch-based product it gets removed completely during enzymatic desizing and desizing efficiency reaches up to 98 per cent and more. Hence TEGEWA in subsequent processes such as scouring, bleaching and mercerizing improves by at least 2 points to reach between 8-9 or 9-10

    Dyeing Once TEGEWA crosses beyond 8 points during mercerizing it exudes very high brightness and evenness to the fabric. It also improves = dye expression ratio by 5-10% which can be used as a tool to reduce cost of expensive dyes proportionately.

    Effluents Since Ori-jet is completely biodegradable – free from synthetic polymers – it helps in faster and higher fresh water recoveries at lower cost.
